Both teams entered this series on a downward slide with the Brewers losers of four out of five and the Marlins going down in nine of their last 11. Milwaukee gained the upperhand after pulling out a narrow win on Friday and will now look to build back some momentum with another victory on Saturday. Eric Lauer has been excellent in five starts this year with a 3-0 record and an ERA below 2. Look for him to keep it going against a Marlin offense that has been spotty of late. Trevor Rodgers has shown signs of improvement in two of his last three starts but remains difficult to trust against the #2 scoring team in baseball. Look for the Brewers to come out swinging and build an early lead. The Brewers have enjoyed enormous recent success in Florida, going 7-1 in their last eight games at Miami.
