Saturday's win over the LA Kings marked the start of a stretch where they will play 8 of their next 9 games at home. The next few opponents are more difficult than this one. The Jets easily won when Utah visited Winnipeg back in early November, 3-0, and they held the visitors to just 21 shots in that one. Now a couple of months later and Utah has some injuries to deal with -- especially on the back lines. The hockey club has added defensemen Mikhail Sergachev (upper body) and Robert Bortuzzo (lower body) to its list of injured (D Sean Durzi was already out with shoulder surgery). It's showing on the scoreboard lately as Utah has allowed five goals in two of its last three games. It's also allowed over three goals per game this season at home (3.23) while Winnipeg has scored at a rate of almost 3.4 goals per game on the road.
