They won their last game against the Los Angeles Rams 28-22. Jalen Hurts was the starting QB and he completed 15/20 passes for 128 passing yards, 0 touchdowns, and 0 interceptions. Commanders vs Eagles Prediction

The current betting odds have the Eagles listed as a 5.5 point favorite in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. The Eagles have looked really good in their games this season with their 14-3 record overall which led the NFC East with one of the best records in the NFL. They have won 2 games in a row at home in the playoffs and now they get to host this NFC Championship game too. Meanwhile, the Commanders have looked really good in their games this season with their 12-5 record overall which had them in 2nd place of the NFC East and in a Wild Card spot. They have looked great in the playoffs with 2 wins in a row on the road, winning in Tampa against the Buccaneers and in Detroit last week against the Lions, taking down the number 1 seed in the NFC. Jayden Daniels has looked great and they were never really trailing in that game against the Lions, but this is going to be their 3rd time facing the Eagles this season and the Eagles are definitely a team they have struggled with. They lost the first game against the Eagles in Philadelphia by 6 points and ended up winning the last game against them at home 36-33, but they were also helped out a lot in that win. That was the game that Jalen Hurts got a concussion in, having to leave early which allowed the Commanders back in the game since they were down 21-0 when Hurts left and it looked like the Eagles were going to run away with it. Now the Commanders will be on the road again where they lost against the Eagles earlier this season, and the Commanders also have one of the worst run defenses in the NFL which will be an issue against Barkley who has been an animal in these 2 playoff games. The best way to place a bet here is on the Eagles to cover the spread in this game.

Commanders Eagles Prediction:  Our NFL Pick for Sunday, January 26, 2025 (3:00 pm ET start time) is Eagles 27 Commanders 20.
