The outcome of this game could really change if Jake Fromm is the starter here but he is also inexperienced as a starter if he does play. The best bet to place in this game is on the Eagles to cover the spread here as their only options at quarterback in this game are a rookie who has never started before or a veteran who has been awful in 2 straight games and has almost twice as many losses as he does wins in his career.
