Iowa State vs Miami Prediction

The current betting odds have Miami listed as a 3.5 point favorite in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. Miami has looked really good in their games this season with their 10-2 record overall and their 6-2 conference record which has them right near the top of the ACC. They were leading the ACC all season, but a loss to Syracuse in their last game of the regular season kept them out of the ACC Championship. Their defense didn't look great this season with the number of points they were giving up, but their offense looked great as they have one of the best QB's in the nation and can definitely put up points. Meanwhile, Iowa State has looked good in their games this season with their 10-3 record overall and their 7-2 conference record which has them right near the top of the Big 12. They were leading the Big 12 for most of the season and even went to the Big 12 Championship, but they were absolutely embarrassed in that game by Arizona State. They lost 45-19 and had no answer for the Arizona State offense in that game. This is going to be a similar game for them with Cam Ward making plays on the other side. Both of these teams are in the same boat with missing the playoffs, but Iowa State at least got a chance in their conference championship while Miami was left out of theirs and will feel more snubbed by this situation. Miami has a lot more talent on their side and Iowa State won't be able to keep up on offense. Miami will cover the spread in this game.

Iowa State Miami Prediction:  Our NCAAF Pick for Saturday, December 28, 2024 (3:30 pm ET start time) is Miami 44 Iowa State 28.
