Bengals vs Browns Prediction

The current betting odds have the Bengals listed as a 4.5 point favorite in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. The Bengals haven't looked good in their games this season with their 2-4 record overall. Their offense hasn't been a problem since they have one of the best offenses in the NFL, but the defense has been one of the worst, giving up a ton of points. They looked a lot better on Sunday night against the Giants though and they will be looking to carry the momentum from that win into this divisional game. Meanwhile, the Browns have looked terrible in their games this season with their 1-5 record overall. They lost another game last week against the Eagles and even though they made that a closer game, the Eagles haven't really looked great themselves. The Browns still struggled on offense in that game and even though they are getting one of the worst defenses in the NFL here, they don't have the offense to keep up with what the Bengals can do. The Browns defense hasn't been that great this season and they have been struggling to keep teams off the board when their offense isn't performing. They won't be able to keep this Bengals offense at bay either since the Bengals will still be desperate to get back to .500 on the season. The Bengals also improved a lot on defense in their last one so they will be looking to carry that into this game against an offense that has struggled all year. The best way to place a bet here is on the Bengals to cover the spread in this game.

Bengals Browns Prediction:  Our NFL Pick for Sunday, October 20, 2024 (1:00 pm ET start time) is Bengals 32 Browns 19.

Notable Quotes

“We really needed it. I don’t want to say we would have been out of it if we lost, but we’d be scratching and clawing for the rest of the year. We still really are but it was good to get a win. Great to see our defense step up like that. They’ve taken some heat the last couple of weeks. They played awesome tonight.” - Joe Burrow after their win against the Giants in their last game.

“I know the guys are fighting like crazy, and I appreciate that, but we've got to find a way to get a win against a good opponent. We had our opportunities and did not come through.” - Kevin Stefanski after his team’s loss against the Eagles in their last game.
