Bryce Young is already being benched by their new head coach after 2 games, so Andy Dalton will be starting in this one. Dalton will definitely run the offense better since he is an experienced starting QB in the NFL, but the Panthers have a lot more problems on their roster than bad QB play. They still have a terrible offensive line that won't protect Dalton from this Raiders pass rush so the offense isn't going to improve a ton from their last game.
