Boston College vs Nebraska Prediction

The current betting odds have Boston College listed as a 3.5 point underdog in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. Boston College has looked good in their games this season with their 7-5 record overall which was enough to get them to this game, but their 4-4 conference record has them in the middle of the ACC. They have been a very different team at home than away, but they ended the regular season with a win over Pitt and have some momentum coming into this one. Bill O'Brien has done a good job turning this program around in his first season there and he will be pushing his team to finish the year strong so they have something to build on next season. Meanwhile, Nebraska has also looked good in their games this season with their 6-6 record overall which was enough to get them here, but their 3-6 conference record has them near the bottom of the Big Ten. They had a hot start to the season as they looked good against non-conference opponents, but they struggled against the tougher competition in the Big Ten. The ACC is no Big Ten, but they still have a lot of talented teams in their conference and Nebraska has also been a very different team away from home. Nebraska was really starting to spiral toward the end of the season too, losing 5 of their last 6 games and ending the regular season with a 13-10 loss to Iowa. Boston College has a good defense that can stop this shaky Nebraska offense and Boston College has also been more consistent on offense lately. The best way to place a bet here is on Boston College to cover the spread in this game.
