The Thursday sports card features MLB and CFL action.

Major League Baseball has 12 games on its schedule. Three games throw out the first pitch at 1:10 p.m. ET. Cincinnati hosts Colorado with Hunter Greene taking the ball for the Reds to face Austin Gomber for the Rockies. The Reds are a -198 money-line favorite with the total set at 9 (all odds from DraftKings unless indicated otherwise). Detroit plays at home against Cleveland with the Tigers turning to Jack Flaherty to pitch against the Guardians’ newly acquired Spencer Howard. The Tigers are a -130 money-line favorite with an over/under of 8. New York is at home against Washington with David Peterson taking the mound for the Mets to go against MacKenzie Gore for the Nationals. The Mets are a -142 money-line favorite with a total of 8.5.

The Pittsburgh Pirates travel to Milwaukee to play the Brewers at 2:10 p.m. ET. The Pirates send out Paul Skenes to battle against the Brewers Aaron Civil. Pittsburgh is a -130 money-line road favorite with an over/under of 8. The San Francisco Giants host the Toronto Blue Jays at 3:45 p.m. ET. Jordan Hicks gets the pitching assignment for the Giants to challenge Kevin Gausman for the Blue Jays. San Francisco is a -118 money-line favorite with a total of 8. 

The Philadelphia Phillies play at home against the Los Angeles Dodgers at 6:05 p.m. ET. The Phillies tap Aaron Nola to duel against the Dodgers’ Landon Knack. Philadelphia is a -155 money-line favorite with an over/under of 9.5. The Baltimore Orioles are at home against the Chicago Cubs at 6:35 p.m. ET. Albert Suarez takes the hill for the Orioles to pitch against Justin Steele for the Cubs. Baltimore is a -130 money-line favorite with a total of 8.5. The New York Yankees play in Tampa Bay against the Rays at 6:50 p.m. ET. The Yankees tap Nestor Cortes, Jr. to face the Rays’ Shane Baz. New York is a -120 money-line road favorite with an over/under of 8. 

The Boston Red Sox host the Oakland A’s at 7:10 p.m. ET. Tanner Houck gets the ball for the Red Sox to battle against Luis Medina for the A’s. Boston is a -218 money-line favorite with a total of 10. The Houston Astros play at home against the Miami Marlins at 8:10 p.m. ET. The Astros send out Jake Bloss to go against the Marlins’ Roddery Munoz. Houston is a -190 money-line favorite with an over/under of 8.5. 

The Seattle Mariners are on the road in Los Angeles to play the Angels at 9:38 p.m. ET. Luis Castillo takes the mound for the Mariners to duel against Jack Kochanowicz for the Angels. Seattle is a -150 money-line road favorite at BetOnline with a total of 8. The Atlanta Braves visit Arizona to play the Diamondbacks at 9:40 p.m. ET. The Braves send out Max Fried to pitch against a Diamondbacks starting pitcher who has yet to be named. Atlanta is a -139 money-line road favorite.

Week 6 in the Canadian Football League begins with one game. The Montreal Alouettes host the Toronto Argonauts at 7:30 p.m. ET. The Alouettes are a 7-point favorite with an over/under of 51.
