Dolphins vs Seahawks Prediction

The current betting odds have the Seahawks listed as a 4.5 point favorite in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. The Seahawks have looked really good in their games this season with their 2-0 record overall. They won their season opener at home against the Broncos and had a much closer game last week in New England, but they still came away with the win in OT. Geno Smith has also looked really good in this offense with their new head coach. Meanwhile, the Dolphins haven't looked great in their games this season with their 1-1 record overall. They struggled in their season opener against the Jaguars, going down early in that one and having to come back to barely win by 3, but they looked a lot worse in their loss last week. They lost 31-10 at home to the Bills and lost their starting QB to a concussion, but that game was long over even with Tua still in the game. Now they will have a backup QB in this game and they are playing their 1st road game of the season too. Seattle is not an easy venue to go into, especially for a backup QB who doesn't have a lot of playing experience in the NFL, so the Dolphins are going to struggle in this game even with all of the talent they have on offense. The Seahawks also have a lot of weapons themselves and this Dolphins defense is missing some key players. There is a big culture change in Seattle right now and this is a big opportunity for them to continue being the only perfect team left in the NFC West. The best way to place a bet here is on the Seahawks to cover the spread in this game.

Dolphins Seahawks Prediction:  Our NFL Pick for Sunday, September 22, 2024 (4:05 pm ET start time) is Seahawks 31 Dolphins 17.
