Chiefs vs Falcons Prediction

The current betting odds have the Chiefs listed as a 3 point favorite in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. The Chiefs have looked really good in their games this season with their 2-0 record overall. They won their season opener against the Ravens and they are coming off a win against the Bengals in their last game. Now they are playing their first road game of the season and they did have a scare at home last week against the Bengals, almost losing that game late, but they came away with the win as they continue to find ways to get the job done. Meanwhile, the Falcons have a 1-1 record overall this season and they are coming off their 1st win of the season last week, but they haven't looked great in their 2 games. They lost their season opener at home to the Steelers in a game where they didn't even give up a touchdown, and they only beat the Eagles last week on the road with a last minute drive that scored a touchdown when they were struggling on offense all game up to that point. The Falcons were able to move the ball well in that game, but they weren't able to punch it into the end zone once they got close. The Eagles are good, but the Chiefs are the back-to-back Super Bowl defending champions and even though the Chiefs are playing their 1st road game of the season here, field goals aren't going to win this game for the Falcons. The Chiefs have a really good defense and they are going to cause problems for this Falcons offense just like the Steelers did. The best way to place a bet here is on the Chiefs to cover the spread in this game.

Chiefs Falcons Prediction:  Our NFL Pick for Sunday, September 22, 2024 (8:20 pm ET start time) is Chiefs 24 Falcons 16.
