Colts vs Giants Prediction

The current betting odds have the Colts listed as an 8 point favorite in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. The Colts haven't looked good in their games this season with their 7-8 record overall which has them in 2nd place of the AFC South, but that record still has them in playoff contention for now. They can't afford to lose another game and they don't really control their own destiny either, but they are coming off a 38-30 win over the Titans in their last one and they have looked good over the last few weeks. Richardson isn't a great passer, but it hasn't really mattered with the run game they have, and they showed last week that they can still pull away and dominate games. Meanwhile, the Giants have looked terrible in their games this season with their 2-13 record overall which has them in 4th place of the NFC East with the worst record in the entire NFL. They are coming off a 34-7 loss to the Falcons last week in a game that rookie QB Penix was making his debut in, and they really haven't been in many of their games since releasing Daniel Jones. This team has clearly given up on the season with only 2 games left, and they also hold the number 1 draft pick for next year so winning this game would have a huge impact on the draft order. They have also looked terrible on their home field this season with their 0-8 home record, and the Colts still have something to play for here even though their chances of making the playoffs are slim. The best way to place a bet here is on the Colts to cover the spread in this game.

Colts Giants Prediction:  Our NFL Pick for Sunday, December 29, 2024 (1:00 pm ET start time) is Colts 28 Giants 10.
