Packers vs Bears Prediction

The current betting odds have the Packers listed as a 6 point favorite in this game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. The Packers have looked good in their games this season with their 6-3 record overall, but that record only has them in 3rd place of the NFC North. They are in a really tight division with some good teams, but they are also in a good position to get a Wild Card spot too. They are coming out of their bye week so they have had extra time to prepare for this game and that is going to be helpful in this divisional game which they need to win to help give themselves a chance at the NFC North still. Meanwhile, the Bears haven't looked great in their games this season with their 4-5 record overall which has them at the bottom of the NFC North. They had a good start to the season with Caleb Williams struggling on the road but looking a lot better at home. Now they are coming off their first home loss of the season though and it was against one of the worst teams in the NFL right now, the New England Patriots. Their offense has looked really up and down all season with Caleb Williams not having a great rookie year and now the wheels have been falling off this team lately. They are in a spiral and need a win at home here, but they are getting a rested Packers team that has a lot more talent and this is also going to be their first division game of the season so Caleb Williams is about to get a real taste of how strong this NFC North really is. The Packers need this win just as badly with the strength of the division and they are going to bring their best effort. The Bears will continue to struggle on offense and the defense will only be able to keep them in the game for so long. The best way to place a bet here is on the Packers to cover the spread in this game.

Packers Bears Prediction:  Our NFL Pick for Sunday, November 17, 2024 (1:00 pm ET start time) is Packers 28 Bears 13.

Notable Quotes

“They played a clean game, much cleaner than we did. I was disappointed with the number of penalties and just self-inflicted wounds that we had. You can't do that against a really good football team.” - Matt LaFleur after his team’s loss against the Lions in their last game.

“I do believe in those guys. They have faith in us working together. I believe in our football team. I believe in the leaders of the football team and we’ll just have to get back to work.” - Matt Eberflus after his team’s loss against the Patriots in their last game.
