Toledo vs Wyoming Prediction

The current betting odds have Wyoming listed as a 3.5 point favorite in this Arizona Bowl game according to Draftkings Sportsbook. Wyoming looked great in their games all season with their 8-4 record overall despite missing out on the MWC Championship. They had a much stronger start to the season than the way they ended it, but they will be looking to end the year on a positive note with a win considering that this will be Craig Bohl's last game coaching the team before he retires. Meanwhile, Toledo has also looked great in their games this season with their 11-2 record overall but they also haven't been at their best over the last month and they came up short in the MAC Championship as a result. Toledo doesn't have a ton of players entering the transfer portal but the few players that have are key players like their starting QB Finn. Wyoming has a lot more motivation in this game with it being the last game for their head coach and they will win this one for him since Toledo has some key starters missing from their lineup here. The best way to place a bet here is on Wyoming to cover the spread in this game.

Notable Quotes

"My heart breaks for our team today, for a senior class that is a mixture of fourth-year seniors, fifth- and sixth-year guys, and guys that have laid it on the line for this football program. We had a great football season and it's a sour taste right now in the mouth at this point. But moments in life sometimes happen that cannot define you and it certainly does not define these young guys as people. It doesn't define our entire season. We worked very hard to get to this point in time. We wanted to win the football game but obviously didn't play well enough at times today to get that done. Like I said, hats off to Miami." - Jason Candle after his team’s loss against Miami-OH in their last game which was the MAC Championship.

"There was no doubt that they played extremely well. We felt like we had an advantage there but we needed to come in and play on point and that's something at times we've not done on the road. Nevada's players played hard and they were well coached.  I thought it was one of our better performances." - Craig Bohl after his team’s win against Nevada in their last game of the college football regular season.
